Event Info:

Yindalini Yoga & Self Love Rituals Retreat

with Amir Jaan and Alesha Carmela

The Weekend

Join for a weekend of self-love for a retreat in the pristine Alpine hamlet of Champery.

Amir & Alesha will guide us through practices, ceremonies and ateliers to craft personalized rituals and deeply explore what self-love means to us.

We will come together to set intentions around the new moon cycle. To let go of what is holding us back, and create space to nourish our personal intentions. We call upon the combined power of our practice, plant essences, Ayurveda, ritual, and ceremony for a full weekend of activities.

Of course all are optional, and please feel free to explore quiet time for yourself as needed.

The Teachers

Amir was classically trained in the Spiritual Art of Kundalini Yoga under the close observations of a host of world-renowned and internationally revered Guru mentors. He is now a senior mentor to hundreds of students himself, having worked for many years with members of the general public.

Amir’s specialist knowledge and extensive experience in the field of Humanolgy make him a powerful instrument to assist those with a desire or need to approach character and health reformation, in an organic, safe and self healing way.

Alesha trained in a variety of yoga lineages from her studies in India around the Bihar School of Yoga to Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and most recently Anusasra and non-dualistic Tantra. She is an experienced yoga teacher, mother, and self-care aficionado.

Alesha loves working with clients to uncover their specific needs and create tailored programs to can easily incorporate into their lifesyles. Drawing upon the tools of Ayurveda and the healing power of plants, Alesha’s breath of experience gives her insights to share on this weekend and beyond.

Amir's fascination in the White Tantric Temple Arts began over 25 years ago. These are energetic practices that establish, strengthen, and sustain optimum health; physical, mental, and emotional. Amir's years of teaching with the general public, charities supporting people in recovery, young offenders, and private consultations for those with particular and/or special needs, have contributed to the breath of his experience. Amir's specialist knowledge in the field of Humanology has forged him into a powerful instrument to assist those with a desire or need to approach character and health reform-ation, in an organic, safe, and self healing way. The many years of teaching have refined Amir's intuitive observation and sensitivity to what is required in each moment for each of those present in the theater in which he shares his work. Amir's ongoing inquiry and investigation around ideas, science, physical and spiritual anatomy and the way they all work together have led him to develop fusion of yoga practices. These incorporate exquisite music and cross-pollinate complementary practices from a variety of wisdom traditions. The practices are both experimental and experiential; producing a practical and functional toolkit to help mitigate the stress and tension of modern life. It is a practice that is simple, achievable, sustainable, and effective. It is important to Amir that his classes are accessible and available for everyone regardless of tradition, experience, age, and physical ability...
