Holiday morning breakfast cookies

The easiest cookie ever and as it’s quite healthy, packed with oats and minimal sugar, this is a great cookie way to start a holiday morning!

What you need:

– 90g rolled oats (the whole piece kind, not instant or cut)
– 1 tbsp of sugar of choice (we like Muscovado)
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 egg whites
-2 tbsp melted butter (note, do not use ghee as it will dry them out…oops!)

What you do:

– pre-heat oven to 400
– mix everything up together
– place cookie balls on pre-greased or lined cookie tray
– bake for 15-20 min (up to you if you prefer soft or crunchy!)
– enjoy!
