In this short practice, you focus on easing pain in our ever-expanding hips during pregnancy. It’s a short practice that any mom can access, with both standing and sitting postures.
Amber guides you to be mindful of your movement. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it- period! Work on lifting your pelvic floor, especially in warrior poses, and always remember to breathe.

This video was shot in Amber’s home studio in Charleston, SC. You can practice with Amber in person if in the Charleston area, and find her classes at Yoga After Baby
