A Prenatal Yoga Flow Practice is all about connecting to your body and your baby through movement. It is essential to honor your body and what it needs for that day. Keeping in mind that each and every day is very different during our pregnancy. Amy created this collection of short yoga practices with this in mind. She gives you full flexibility for your home yoga practice.  Choose one video for a quick drop in to connect with your baby, or combine all three videos for a longer, deeper your practice.

About the Collection

The 3 Part Collection is a Prenatal Yoga Flow ranging from more vigorous movements linked together in a flow to more gentle stretching, and even restorative excersizes. The goal is to bring your awareness and intention to your growing baby and you.

A daily yoga practice throughout your pregnancy will help to ease stress and cultivate calmness while connecting to your baby. Amy suggests using one of these videos either at the beginning or end of your day to start or end your day in a mindful way. You can rotate the videos each day picking the practice that best suits your need at the moment. Then combine the three for a comprehensive, longer weekly practice.
