We all seek balance, and Yoga is a fantastic way to come back to our center. In this collection of practices, you will connect to your roots, breath into standing balances, and explore two slow vinyasa flows. You will also learn about yoga philosophy, find your center and release with a yin practice, as well as pranayama and a long Yoga Nidra for a deep relaxation.

This collection is a balanced practice for body and mind, that will enable you to find your balance; physically, mentally and emotionally.
