This collection of three videos is dedicated to muscling our bodies and hearts while opening ourselves to gratitude. There are six steps to cultivating an attitude of gratitude depending upon where you are in your day.
Some days in life, experiencing gratitude can be a challenge, so be gentle with yourself and begin with the first video, the white belt and work towards deepening your practice and the opening of your heart.
You may also chose to focus on just one of the steps that is most needed.
Regardless, the more you consciously awaken this heartfelt muscle the more you began to attract grateful moments in your life and finally experience boundless abundance. Like all habits, even the good ones, it takes a minimum of 28 days of daily practice for it to become an integral part of you and your life.
Make it your intention to practice daily and see your life transform. Being grateful, whether for the headliners in your life and ultimately, for yourself, is the path to a joyous life filled with love.
