Slowly, yet intentionally, you’re guided through a deep flow of asanas of various challenges and are asked in the midst to extend gratitude in what we call the black belt practice. There are two steps for cultivating gratitude within this video. Either in the aftermath of a challenging emotion or circumstance, to see the silver lining; that it was there for your growth and you are who you are today because of it. The second and more challenging, is while in the midst or trawl of the emotion or difficulty. Here we learn that it is possible to cultivate in order to shift the experience and our heart. The practice ends with a powerful Buddhist Meditation that softens the heart.
