a Kali Practice with Suzanne Faith
Suzanne guides you through a transformative practice fueled by the power of goddess Kali. Kali is the force of energy which invites students to understand the edges and boundaries within their bodies. This class aims to develop strength and flexibility in the joints.
An Intermediate 40 min practice designed for students with body awareness and consistent asana practice.
Specific asanas include Baddha Parvakonasana, Eka Pada Rajakopotasana, Hanumanasana, Parsva Bakasana and Pincha Mayurasana.
This practice is energetically stimulating and is best practised in the morning, or during the day. It is suitable daily for 5 days, or once a week to enjoy the full benefit of the increased strength and flexibility of the joints. Suzanne recommends this practice several times a week at a minimum to maximize the benefits.
