A three part Kundalini Yoga Collection with Amir Jaan offers a comprehensive practice to help reduce the impact of stress and fatigue on the body by focusing on the immune response system.

Kundalini is an ancient yoga technique comprised of Krias that have been developed to optimize the efficacy of the practice. Each of the three sessions is suitable for all levels, and stand alone as an individual practice or can be combined to create a longer practice if you have the time:

The first is a foundational Kundalini practice that can be a warm up for a longer practice, or a practice in and of itself.

The second focuses on the Art of Relaxation. A series of krias create muscular tension and release, allowing for deep relaxation.

The third is a meditation for rejuvenating the central nervous system- simple yet VERY effective!

Practice all three of these sessions every week for 40 days to achieve optimal results.

This video collection was shot at the beautiful Insens Wellness Sanctuary in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland where Amir frequents for workshops and events.
