Join Amir as he guides to back to the art of relaxation through an intermediate Kundalini practice, suitable for all levels. This 30 min relaxation series follows a set of muscular tension & release, allowing for deep relaxation. This series can be on it's own or coupled with the Kundalini warm up for a longer practice.
