We all need a reset button from time to time. This collection offers three practices designed to shift your energy, mood, physical body, and experience of the present moment. In this collection you get one energizing practice, one grounding restorative practice, and a beautiful meditation practice that is designed to get you back on point.

This practice is designed to serve you as needed each day. You can practice with one of the videos or all three daily. The work together and stand alone. Choose what you need, when you need it.

Your yoga practice is your own. The one true teacher resides within your own heart, but unless you’re a yoga teacher, developing a home practice can be tricky. In this collection my aim is to offer you a variety of experiences that you can use to begin investigating how you need to practice on any given day to create the shift that you are seeking. Becoming familiar with a few different ways of practicing is helpful because it empowers you in your practice by giving you options, information, and an embodied experience. The lessons start on the mat and carry over into the practice of your life.
