Yoga for Anxiety with Theresa Conroy

It is a myth to believe that the only type of Yoga that is calming or stress reducing is slow or restorative Yoga. These two videos are designed to match the rhythm of the people who use them. Some who live with anxiety are unable to slow down immediately. They need to burn off a bit of energy and become embodied through movement before they can let go and relax. Others feel more comfortable moving more slowly. This bundle allows for both rhythms.

This is a collection for those with anxiety or stress. These practices are accessible to anyone, and you don’t have to have experience with Yoga to use it therapeutically. Using Yoga practices–postures, movement + breath and relaxation techniques–to manage anxiety.

Theresa recommends to practice with this collection 2-3 times per week.
