There are times in our lives when creating a resolution is helpful. It gives us direction, focus, and channels our subconscious energy toward manifesting out desires. The New Year is a time when most people create resolutions, but in yoga, we can use this practice any time.  We use this practice as a way to manifest our desires at any time in our lives. This practice focuses on helping you identify a Sankalpa, or yoga resolution, for some area of your life where you would like to bring more attention. It is a 45 minute yoga asana practice followed by a 13 minute Yoga Nidra practice. Enjoy.
