I am deeply in love with nature & mama Earth is a central focus of my life & my teachings – I teach mindful, playful, creative classes that invite everyone to honor their unique needs & explore. For me, the balance of the yang & yin yoga is essential to achieve balance & reconnect to peace & stillness within. I´m also a certified Ayurvedic yoga massage therapist, Thai and herbal massage specializing in prepartum & postpartum.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO TEACH?
Yoga is my medicine & therapy since I started practicing to help me cope & heal from pain caused by scoliosis in my back. I have experienced its physical & mental benefits in my life and am deeply passionate about sharing it with others so that they can also experience the benefits of the practice & use them as tools to cultivate wellbeing in their lives.
Ever since studying motherhood yoga & becoming a prenatal & postnatal massage therapist & most recently giving birth to a little boy, I love sharing yoga with mums & future mums convinced that it is the best tool to navigate the many many aspects that come along the unique & intense experience of being & becoming a mumma.
I´m mostly based in Shanti Vida in Barcelona but I move around Europe & Latin America sharing my joy & appreciation for life & community through classes, women’s circles, therapies & diverse workshops.
