DESCRIBE YOUR UNIQUE VALUE ADD AS A TEACHER. WHAT ABOUT YOUR STYLE MAKES YOU STAND OUT?
My style is inspired by the Shiva & Shakti, the yin & yang, Mother Earth & Father Sky, the balance between the masculine and feminine energy. Creating stillness through movement, my classes guide students deeper into self awareness and a connection with mind, body, and soul.
A blend of masculine power and feminine flow, you will find mindful sequences and tricky transitions that move with the breath and music as well as detailed instruction on anatomical alignment (inspired by my degree in Anatomy & Physiology from Arizona State University, and my Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification).
You can expect core exercises, arm balances and inversions, deep stretches, hands on adjustments, and insightful pointers to apply to your practice.

WHAT FIRST BROUGHT YOU TO THE MAT?
I found yoga during a stressful period of my life. I was looking for something to help me sleep and get out of my head.
On August 14, 2008 I took my first vinyasa flow class with Johanna Epps at At One Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. Instantly I was hooked. Never in my life had I felt more connected to my body and soul at the same time.
9 months later I became a yoga teacher!
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO TEACH?
I'm inspired to share my unique and ever expanding spiritual journey with those around me. My goal is to create a space for students to dive deeper into their own spirituality through breath and movement. I believe our entire society needs more calm and peace and through yoga we can find moments of greater clarity, awareness, and understanding.
