The mango is packed with antioxidants, balances your body pH (acts alkalizing), detoxifies the blood, improves digestion and helps the elimination process as well as boosts the immune system. Pineapples is anti-inflammatory and are also an amazing fruit to help digestion, boost the immune system, help lower the blood pressure and improves your skin texture. Celery is deeply detoxifying, alkalizing, and anti-inflammatory and is also really good for the digestive system. Cayenne pepper is a powerful spice to use for its anti-irritant, anti-flu, anti-allergen and anti-bacterial properties! You might think that since it’s so strong it would be difficult to digest but it’s the contrary- you can even calm an upset stomach with cayenne.. It boosts circulation and detoxification and is definitely your best ally to fight any cold or flu. Curcumin is another miracle spice; it’s packed with antioxidants and is known to be one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods in the world. Therefore it’s often used to relief joint pain, help fight cancer and prevent Alzheimer’s disease. It’s a great anti-age spice that should be consumed every day (assimilation is improved when taken with a little black pepper). Ginger is another powerful anti-inflammatory herb which helps to improve circulation and is really efficient for any nausea or stomach/ menstrual cramps.
This is a strong tasting smoothie, however it is really kind on your tummy. All amazing ingredients for your digestive health– and for the rest of your beautiful body too!
